Smiles and Circles

We were on a family trip to the park the other day and I took a couple of pictures of Taryn playing on the playground. I noticed that I had a couple of different shots, so I talked her into giving me some different poses.

These were the results.

I ended up putting my favorite four together in to a collage. I think it turned out really cute and it totally sumarizes her personality.

Last Grasp of Winter

I took this picture on a walk around the temple. Shows the last remnants of the previous year before the tree begins a new cycle of life. I just really like the randomness of this picture combined with the beauty of the white building and window behind it.

Caught in the act - finally!

One of the things I like most about my new camera is how responsive it is. No more shutter lag for me. I can finally catch all of those snapshots of life that would frustrate me before.

Faces

These are some great close ups of faces I love. They make it so easy on me.

Night Time

These are some photos I took at night.

The first one was on a windy night.

I took this photo through some branches of a tree. I think the effect is great. I just wish I had a bigger zoom to fully capture the beauty of the moon.

I took these photos one evening while on a walk with family.

I was amazed at how stunning the night sky was against the white of the temple.

Flowers

Just so happens there were still flowers out when I first got my camera. These are some of the pictures I took.

Just so

Junk?

It is interesting how the camera can take something you walk by every day and turn it into something unique and interesting.

These are some of the first shots I took with my new camera. This is some old junk (antiques) out behind my wife's grandmother's home.

I found these photos very interesting.
